泵站改造，促进民生

据_新报道，黑龙江省肇东市在近日对该市的一泵站进行改建工作。据了解，该 泵站是位于黑龙江省肇东市松花江右岸的涝洲泵站，因为建站时间太久，而且多年来的运行都未达到设计标准，同时还存在着泵站耗能高、设备老化、运行成本高，灌区上下游抢水、用水纠纷不断等诸多问题，所以为解决这一系列问题，肇东市水务局决定对其进行修建改造。并且争取在今年4月10日之后能够使银河_浮船站可以进行正常抽水，在五月份之前能够使托公抽水站进行正常使用，从而解决部分农民在今年种地抽水的难题。
自去年开始，该省对洲、桦川县悦来、绥滨县绥滨、肇源县中心和哈尔滨市新仁5处38个大泵站设立了_新改造项目。到目前为止涝洲泵站的一期改造工程已经获得2600万元投资资金，预计到六月份将会完成该期的全部工程，余下的工程计划将在今年年内开工。
由于黑龙江省是我国的粮食大省，对于水利工程方面的需求很重要。为解决水源问题对于大泵站的_新改造是形势所趋，也是该省推进的千亿斤粮食产能工程中的重要一项。
