在使用水泵的过程当中,有时会碰到一合闸即跳闸的状况,而针对这一现象,我们对其进行了故障与原因分析。
故障现象:发电厂125mw机组自投产以来,水泵偶尔会发生一合闸即跳闸的问题,并无_信号继电器掉牌。在排除了开关机构故障后,按常规方法检查电缆、二次回路接线和各继电器及其定值都正常,再次启动又往往成功。后怀疑是dcs系统软故障造成的,但改在控制盘上操作,仍会出现此现象。另一方面,疑为是因dcs系统软故障的问题,但如若改为控制盘上操作,则又会出现此现象。
为弄清此故障原因,对其开关合闸中出现的各表计进行了变化统计,从而来确认跳闸的原因。试验其中电压表监视微机跳闸回路,毫安表监视差动继电器1cj、2cj动作情况,电流表监视热工保护回路。接好表计后,启动给水泵,经过一段时间的试验,终于有一次水泵一启动即跳闸,同时观察到毫安表的指针偏转了一下,其它监视表计没有反应,新换上的xjl-0025/31型集成块式信号继电器1xj亦动作掉牌,表明是由差动保护动作导致跳闸。
